Great sounding recipe, I will give it a go for sure. I love slow cooking in winter. It makes the house smell yummy and it is great to have dinner already cooked at the end of the day. It’s just a matter of finding recipes that suit the family. I’ve had a few disasters and tasteless dishes but it’s all about experimenting.

I absolutely love muffins heated up in the mirowave with a dob of cream. This muffin recipe looks really easy, and the great thing is you can use looks of different ingredients to give different flavours.
