  1. While I can’t stand salmon, the other fish dishes look yummy. For Easter we always have a huge seafood feed so I’m looking forward to that this year again. These fishy kind recipes look great.

  2. A huge seafood feed sounds delicious Tania – I might just do the same 🙂

I adore fish and eat fish regularly, salmon being one of my favorites. Coming from fisher-folk households I guess it is part of my life. Thanks for the great recipes.

    Hi, Jan,
I love any kind of fish especially salmon so I will try out all your recipes except for the one with pears as that is one fruit I do not like

  8. John Davis says:

Love the selection of fishy kind meals. Will be trying some on any day, not only Easter Friday. Like the selection layout also. Just scroll through and choose tonights dinner.

  9. Hi Rita and John,
Glad you both like the fish and seafood recipes – and the layout John.
You could try the pear and Parmesan salad with thinly sliced apple instead of pear Rita. I think it would work well.
Hope you both enjoyed the Easter break.

  10. I hear that salmon is the best fish for you. Personally, I’m a big fan of smoked salmon. I recently only got onto trout and wow – now that is a tasty type of fish.

  11. Hi David,
Yes, salmon is high in omega 3 fatty acid – one of the good fats 🙂
I too love trout – especially smoked trout. You might like to try the Smoked Trout Pasta Bake – it’s very quick and easy to make.
