If  you’re lucky enough to be heading to London later in the year (or know somebody who is) you might want to check out one of Jamie Oliver’s latest ventures.

From September 2012 you can cruise down the River Thames and enjoy Jamie Oliver’s Fabulous Feasts.

You can choose a Lunch, Dinner or Afternoon Tea Cruise – with prices starting at £65 for an adult and £32 for a child.

Some of my favourite Jamie Oliver Recipe Reviews include (click image to view):

Jamie’s Crispy Salmon

Jamie’s Wonky Summer Pasta

Jamie’s Dressed Potatoes

Fabulous Feasts on the River Thames

You’ll be cruising along in one of the River Thames’ most luxurious boats, the Silver Sturgeon.

For the Lunch and Dinner Cruise you’ll be treated to several courses of delicious, seasonal food, all sourced locally and cooked fresh on board.

For the Afternoon Tea Cruise you’ll be treated to a selection of finger sandwiches, savoury delights and sweet treats.

No plans for me to be going back to my homeland this year I’m afraid, but I’m thinking this could be a wonderful Christmas present for relatives!

Oh that would be so much fun! I could imagine how cool that would be – floating down the Thames River and eating Jamie’s yummy food! Now I am hungry 🙂

  4. Hi Lisa,
It does sound special doesn’t it – and there are so many spectacular landmarks to see from the Thames.
